Directions
By Car
from Berlin (Autobahn A 9)
Leave A 9 at the exit Halle and follow road B 100 in the direction of Halle. After about 15 km you reach the end of B 100 at a traffic light take a left turn and switch immediatly to the right lane and cross Dessauer bridge turn right immediately to Wolfensteinstrasse, follow Wolfensteinstrasse, cross Reilstrasse, then Wolfensteinstrasse changes into Brunnenstrasse, follow always stay on the main road (via Burgstrasse, Kröllwitzer Strasse) till finally you cross the river Saale Giebichenstein bridge, turn right directly after the bridge and follow the signs to Martin-Luther-University (right) to Weinbergweg (one-way street leads along the river) at a stop sign turn left into Weinbergweg, after 200 m you see the Biozentrum on the left hand side (bright building with green window frames).
from Munich, Frankfurt (Autobahn A 9)
Take A 9 till exit Schkeuditzer Kreuz and take the exit to A 14 in direction Halle continue on A 14 till Halle/ Peißen (exit 11) and drive road B 100 in direction Halle to continue see above...
from Dresden, Magdeburg (Autobahn A 14)
Drive on A14 until exit Halle/ Peißen enter B100 towards Halle to continue see above...
from Eisleben (Bundesstraße B80)
Drive on B80 towards Halle. In Halle you stay on the road going straight ahead under the Magistrale and follow Gimritzer Damm towards the Ice Stadium. About 1 km after the stadium there is a traffic light. Here, take a right turn into Weinbergweg, after 200 m you see the Biozentrum on the right hand side (bright building with green window frames).
By Train
public transport from Halle central railway station (Hauptbahnhof)
Take tram Nr. 5 to direction Heide (about 20 min), get off at tramstop Weinbergweg. Here, go into Weinbergweg, after 200 m you see the Biozentrum on the right hand side (bright building with green window frames).
By Plane
public transport, arrival at Halle/Leipzig airport
By train (about 15min) with S-Bahn to main railway station Halle, take tram Nr. 5 towards "Heide"(about 20min). Tickets can be bought at the kiosk, the vending machine, or from the driver, get off at tramstop Weinbergweg, go into Weinbergweg, the Biozentrum is located on the right side after 200m (bright building with green window frames).
